From their early days as a progressive group to their high-flying power-ballad days of the 80's, Journey remains one of the most popular bands from the AOR period. Their balanced attack of Steve Perry's dynamic vocals, Neal Schon's guitar work, and Jonathan Cain's keyboarding consistently proved successful, especially on such hits as "Don't Stop Believin'," "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)," and "Be Good To Yourself." Their core lineup of Schon, Cain, and Perry are rounded out by bassist Ross Valory, and famed fusion drummer Steve Smith. In recent years, the band has dealt with some lineup changes. Steve Perry left the band in 1998. Steve Smith left afterwards to continue his jazz career.

Oh baby, your face is dark, and your eyes are wild.
Oh baby, you look to me as if youre still a child.
Your innocence to me is so hard to believe,
Just a spell in my past, tell me, how long will you last.
Oh baby, you stole my lonely heart for you.
Oh baby, I wanna tell you what you can do.
I no longer care about the things we shared, you always had your way.
Wont you find a place today, wont you find a place to stay(repeat).
