From their early days as a progressive group to their high-flying power-ballad days of the 80's, Journey remains one of the most popular bands from the AOR period. Their balanced attack of Steve Perry's dynamic vocals, Neal Schon's guitar work, and Jonathan Cain's keyboarding consistently proved successful, especially on such hits as "Don't Stop Believin'," "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)," and "Be Good To Yourself." Their core lineup of Schon, Cain, and Perry are rounded out by bassist Ross Valory, and famed fusion drummer Steve Smith. In recent years, the band has dealt with some lineup changes. Steve Perry left the band in 1998. Steve Smith left afterwards to continue his jazz career.

If He Should Break Your Heart Lyrics

Journey

Please be wrong
Please dont tell me its really you
Tell me eyes... tell my heart what Im goin through
I believed, I believed I was over you
If he should break your heart
Ill always know where you are
If you should fall... apart
Ill be there, Ill be around
If he should break... your heart
Ill be there
Is this right
I dont care Im alone with you
Here we are, once again youve got someone new
Lonely hands, please dont do what you wanna do
If he should break your heart
Ill always know where you are
If you should fall... apart
Ill be there, Ill be around
If he should break... your heart
From my soul I say... good-bye yesterday
One more night alone, without the touch... of you
Then I start to break... is it my mistake
Tell me am I wrong... for holdin on... to you
If he should break your heart
Ill always know where you are
If you should fall... apart
Ill be there, Ill be around
If he should break you heart, Ill be there
If he should break your, if he should break your
If he should break your heart
Ill be there, Ill be around
